  If an agent by the name of Abby comes up to you to try to sell you a home run away. Seriously nice lady horrible agent. We just recently bought a home with edge. I give the home a 5, seriously it could not look any better. You will not find a better price for this nice of a home but.... the customer service does ruin everything. Edge home charged us $3,400 because we were late to close. You would think that with their rush and persistance the house would be immaculate...... WRONG!! They didn't fix one single thing that we had pointed out at the final walk through. We entered our new home to find dirty floors ( That were supposedly cleaned), counter top on the island wasn't glued down ( seriously not glued at all I could have knocked it off the island), door in my master didn't shut, guest bathtub had a hole on the floor, my roof had a hole (where they had messed up), my floors creak, o and to top it all off the AC doesnt work. So why were they in such a rush to give us our unfinished home? Who knows. I'm still fighting to get everything fixed. Seriously a nightmare. If you still decide to build with them one piece of advice. Get to know Josh Lopez. He is a great guy and super helpful.
