  Worst agency to rent through. Sent payments and it took weeks to process, and during that time we were getting 3 day notces to pay or vacate. I think they have too much on their plate and have a hard time organizing and stayimg organised to kniw who paid anf when.

  Absolutely terrible to work with. I had to call maintenance at least once a month. One time maintenance came out and broke the issue further. I then had to call the next day and ask again for someone to come out. The y purposely screen your phone calls and don't reply to texts. They enter your property without your knowledge, which is illegal, and I only knew because they left their business card on my counter. While I was at work. Just because they have keys does not mean they can come in at any time. Renters have rights too! Constant issues, do not rent from them.
